The company said they will not replace the faulty part. I have purchased the 2 year extended warranty from hp for which reason, just to hear that hp will not provide us any support related to problem.

With reference to above case id, we would like to inform you that our service representative visited to diagnose & repair the product.
During the visit, it was found that the defect of the part (Formatter card) is found to be due to unintentional damage.
As per hp limited warranty statement, the standard warranty does not extend to any hp hardware product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, or other external causes.
However we can support the replacement of spare part on a chargeable basis at the best price. We look forward to your acknowledgement to share the quotation at earliest.
