[Resolved] HP India — hp notebook | |||
Brought hp note book through online & invoice number srtri[protected]. Date 30/11/2018. & 5- december 2018 i received notebook via blue dart [protected]. First look laptop is find physically ok but during typing center keys are uneven. On 21/12/2018 send mail to customer care service regarding this problem. 02/01/2019 hp local service engg come site to check & found its keyboard test fail. He try to open laptop but i not allow to open my new laptop & totally disappointed with hp. So, requesting you to give my money back & take your faulty new laptop. Also test by hp engineer & found key test is failure. This is manufacturing defect. Was this information helpful? | |||
