My product is under warranty. On October 2016, I got a screen replacement because of a black shadow in the corner.I got to know in around end of feb 2017, that the replaced screen is worse than my previous screen.
New screen give flickers of pink colour, with violet line on the top left.
I addressed the matter to customer care two times, and two times they ignored and told me it was not covered under my warranty (Doesn't make any sense since i got it replaced in Oct 2016 for less worse issue).
What is my mistake if in replacement of a bad product(screen), You give me a worse product????
It has been established now that along with a bad product, they provide worse service too, free of charge!!!
I request that if they are unable to give me a screen replacement under my warranty, then they should return back my previous less worse screen.
