This is to inform you that i brought hp pav gaming notebook on 12 july 2019
Notebook serial number : cnd9243ffq
And i have redemtion gifts on it and i select
Gift :- bang&olufsen beoplay h4 headset (Worth rs 25000) and i have paid rs 2900. But till now i did not recieved my headphones and i also drop mail on your given mail but always i get same mail that is it would be dispatched in 10 -12 working days please tell me the exact date
