1. The engineer for installation has not arrived even after 72 hours of case being created despite the promise of installation within 24 hours.
2. A confirmation was taken by us on the store before making the purchase whether the holiday on 15 August and the upcoming Sunday would hinder the installation and we were assured no such issue would be faced.
3. The service centre is not ready to pick up our calls and even cut our call while we were speaking.
All this has happened within 3 days of purchase of the product which clearly highlights the lack of customer support service from HP and hence we would like to know the refund policy along with policies for returning the product.
