Sirs, I want to bring to your notice that the hp printer laser jet pro mfp m427d bearing serial no phblk6rohx installed on 14 august 2017 at district collectors office, pathanamthitta, kerala is not powering on since 27 august 2017. The call has been registered on the toll free number and the call number assigned is [protected] dated 29 august 2017. With deep regrets i would like to inform you that the printer worked for a very few no of days and then it stopped powering on. This printer was connected on ups and there is no question of power fluctuation. This being a crucial office location and the printing demand is urgent and immediate. I request you to look into the issue and get it replaced in a couple of days. Again i request you to take this matter very seriously and get me a solution.
