HP India — hp z8 g4 product number: 3mj02pa workstation working very slow | |||
We have purchased a new hp z8 g4 product number: 3mj02pa workstation, after usage 2/3 days, We found that system is not performing as desired, processing very slowly as compare to other regular hp z420 workstation product no lj449av For which we have carried out speed comparison processing same job using various design/simulation softwares, After that we came on conclusion that new workstation speed is tremendously slow. Your support engg. Checked system configuration and required parameters as well. Regarding this this issue we raised the complaint to hp customer care, after checking the system hp team says that system is ok and not an issue. Now our question is that our old and new system is of hp only, software versions are same, work content/ job processed on both machine are same. Still the new system takes longer time than old workstation having delay of nearly 1.5 times then it must be a hp workstation issue. As the purpose of procuring this new workstation is defeated, we have to minimize the processing time, the time required to process any simple job is also 1.5 times More than earlier workstation. Hence, we are loosing productivity by 1.5 times. Hence, kindly look into this matter urgently and on top priority. Was this information helpful? | |||

My new HP laptop Model: Hp 15s -du0050tu bought on 31st October 2019 has got a white spot on its screen in less than a month of purchase. The spot occurred on 22 November 2019. I would request the consideration of my complain as soon as possible.
