Do you people have misunderstood the consumer or Do you guys think that the customer has a lot of time or have you mastered in making the consumer mad?
If you want to resolve my complaint then do it, otherwise tell me clearly that we are unable to do it, so I proceed further to the consumer forum, why I call you again & again and wasting my time.
Daily one of your executives told me that sir your issue is escalated to 2nd level and you will definitely receive a call back by today evening but there is no call back, I think you guys thought that the money has already been received, so now if you don’t listen to the customer, what will happen? The helpless customer will sit in peace after giving up.
