HP India — Laptop Delivery / refund for 15 laptops

This is with reference to against Order No: #[protected] i placed thru HP Store India for 15 quantities of laptop.

The order was placed on 17th Dec 2020 with 100% upfront payment based on the commitment to deliver in 3 to 4 weeks from HP. We been following up escalating calling the customer support, sending mails with no response on the delivery status.. finally we had asked for refund and again no response..

Its been 5 months since we placed the order and the laptops are not been delivered nor our money is refunded ..
