[Resolved] HP India — laptop display problem — customer service denies responsibility | |||
Case id [protected]. Hp laptop developed a black spot on the screen within one and a half months with an additional flickering problem. Customer service says it was "unintentional damage" not covered under warranty, possibly due to a sharp object. Their findings are baseless. There was no damage. There is no sign of damage anywhere, but still, they concluded there was damage. Although the staff members whom i talk to are helpful and nice, their technical staff is very evasive and is not accepting responsibility for the defect in their product. I purchased a note on 30.09.19. I have been trying to reach HP for extended warranty from that day till date. FRUSTRATED BECAUSE NO RESPONSIBLE EXCUTIVE. I WILL NOT RECOMMEND HP TO ANYONE. CAN SOMEONE RESPONSIBLE IN HP GIVE ME A CALLBACK ON MY MOBILE [protected]. REGARDS, PRAKASH
