[Resolved] HP India — Laptop external graphic not functioning
Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India
Hp is not willing to send a engineer when my product is still under on site warranty.
The reason they don't want to send an engineer because they are telling me to do system recovery and i am telling them i cant do recovery as the system has a data of around 1tb
I have checked that the problem is because of hardware.
I have lost 1 gb internet data by downloading the drivers as told by their customer services advisor.
I have spoken to 5 different advisors telling me to do different things.
