HP India — laptop is under warranty but company refuse to obey

Dear sir,

My laptop is under warranty and there is serene related issue and when i complain about such problem company refuse to solve the problem under warranty they said this types of problem is chargeable.
But there is manufacturing hand problem not on my hand
