HP India — laptop not delivered, money keep for 50 days | |||||
I had ordered for hp laptop from their online store with order-id 906291 and paid for the entire amount of rs 69000. They are not responding to me, now it has become 50 days from placement of order which i placed 10 days before gst implementation. Now even if they refund i will have to pay more which is there strategy. Kindly look into this matter and get it resolved asap. Was this information helpful? | |||||

I too have similar problem.I paid entire amount for laptop on august first week.Till now it is not delivered.I sent several mails to customer support, service head, operation head without any success.I appeal to all customers who wre cheate by HP to file criminal suit against HP india managing director for breach of trust and illegal possession of other peoples money .Spread this as much as possible.
