[Resolved] HP India — laptop repair delayed by a month
I have submitted my laptop in repair at hp center delhi a month and a half back. Despite me chasing myself the hp team and the service center have by far given me the worst experience possible! How do you manage to work without your machine for over a month and then be told to give a 100% advance of over 40k then be delayed another month as they got the wrong part then they delay you.
In short please do yourself a favour and not buy a premium laptop from hp!
I regret and obviously shall not make the mistake again but can my laptop be given back please?
