HP India — laptop 's battery issue

I have logged a complaint to hp on 27th june’18.
For troubleshooting of laptop battery hp has took 37 days, hardly its required 2~3 for days for troubleshooting.
As per procedure, i have to wait 37 days for my laptop battery replacement, till that time no work on laptop. Same thing informed to hp, it’s not possible for me, my laptop having important data and daily basis its required for metro train commissioning, so i didn’t wait for your laptop battery replacement and case resolved. So i have purchased new battery for my laptop to continue my required daily work completion and old battery has miss place somewhere.
On 06th aug'18, hp informed that without defective part we can’t replaced the new part as per hp guideline.
This is not the correct way to customer support.
