HP India — laptop service issues | |||
Dear hp team, I have purchased a new laptop from amazon on 10th august 2018. I received a defective product. Its battery wasn't charging, so i reached to amazon team. They suggested me to contact at local service centre. So i have submitted my laptop at indore service centre on 29th august 2018. Where i came to know that as per hp my product is out of warranty. On which i have provided them a copy of invoice & purchase slip. They raised multiple case no. Which are [protected] & [protected]. But still your engineers are not able to detect it's charging problem. It's already been more that 45 days since i submitted my laptop at your service centre. Now i have received another case no which is wo[protected]. I have also contacted with hp engineers they are unable to describe problem in laptop & estimated time required to repair it.
