From, BINO JOY Redemption code : 90258608 Notebook Part/Model no : HP Notebook 15-ay019TU Notebook Serial No : CND62832G3 I have paid Rs.499 on Sept.3-2016 for getting the extended benefit and got your conformation mail on Sept.06.2016 that benefits will be sent within 4 weeks. But not yet get the benefit even after 15 weeks .I have reminded you thrice and you have send a link of antivirus which is not working. Warranty paper is not yet received. I wonder how a Company like HP can ignore their customers in a competitive environment. It is not fair to make repeated request from customer side Kindly expedite and give all services promised as per extended warranty..
