Sir,
It is the 2nd computer that I am using of HP brand.I am very disappointed for the recent experience with your franchise team, that has been explained below:
1. Some keys of the laptop are malfunctioning.
2. I received a case Id on 4/6/2018.
3. Your representative visited on 6/6/2018, but did not resolve the issue.
4. Received the technical report from IQOR GLOBAL SERVICES, having no technical reason. The following was stated in the report: " it was found that the defect of the part (Top cover & Base Enclosure ) was not due to functional failure but was caused by inappropriate usage of the product".
5. Defects and damage has not been categorically mentioned in this report.
6. It has unnecessarily blamed the user
A set of photographs have been enclosed which reveals faint a cosmetic hairline crack on the top near the power button that can only be seen at a close distance. The keys are far away from the crack. There is no sign of damage or mishandling of the machine.Moreover if it will be replaced by a new keyboard, the old one(problematic keyboard) will be of no use.
As such it is very shameful for me to see the remarks of your counterpart, IQOR GLOBAL SERVICES in which they have blamed me for mishandling the machine.
Under these circumstances, I do not know what to do with machine after having a contract of 2 years warranty.
Being a Sr. Citizen, I request you to solve the issue and facilitate the smooth functioning of my laptop.
