HP India — Motherboard & USB port faulty with New HP laptop | |
I have purchased HP laptop on May 9th 2021. I was facing screen blackout issue and USB port not working. I have raised this issue through the chat bot initially and it suggested to uninstall and install the software but issue not resolved. Then raised a ticket [protected]. They again did uninstalling and installing softwares but issue not resloved. They declared that motherboard and USB port faulty and will change it.but it's a new laptop and how main parts will be faulty it's a manufacturing defect and I requested for replacement of laptop or refund. HP says I have to claim with 14 days of purchase. How do we know the hardware failure within 14 days and even for HP technical team it takes 1 month to confirm its a motherboard and USB port issue. How a layman knows this. It's a manufacturing defect and within a month main spare parts not working, then what sort of quality product HP manufactueing.its eating our hard earned money. They are cheating customer by providing scrap products and they will say we will replace spares. Why I need to buy HP laptop I would have purchased assembled product from outside.HP customer support not ready to take this to next level and they are not ready to provide the escalation matrix. Cheap behaviour and literally cheating by providing scrap product.my time and money looted by HP India. Why you want to manufacture such faulty laptops, HP won't test their products. Customers are treated like slaves and they are not ready to fix their manufacturing defects instead dumping to us. Helpless tried several email and phone calls, my personal health got spoiled.
