I would like to inform you that we have brought a hp slimline 260-p021 in desktop s/n-cnv6180kj9 from m/s e-hum on 23.08.2016 of rs.36, 350 but think is that now our mentioned desktop does not work last one and half months, therefore i had complaint to many times regarding this matter, my complaint no is. [protected]. i had spoke to mr. ratan hazari, service engineer, guwahati in many times regarding this matter, he asked 15, 000/- for servicing but i am ready to pay rs.5000/ for that, so he was not ready to come to itanagar. and again mr ratan hazari asked rs.50, 000/ as a bribe from me for servicing. and he threaten to me that he belongs to boro community and if he can then he could take help from ndfb.
