[Resolved] HP India — my laptop has is not getting charged | |||
The laptop taked the plug in for just starting 30 sec and then stops taking the charge. 8 The adapter is working just fine. When i plug in the charger the charging takes only for the first 30 40 seconds and then stops charging. Due to which my laptop shows battery low and gets shut off in a min. I already have an insurance since i bought the laptop last year in july 2019. It is a 2 year extended warranty Was this information helpful? | |||

I have given my laptop to HP service center for Windows recovery that I expected would take not more than 3-5 hours and the worst part is that my notebook is pending in service center from more than a week though it is under warranty still I had to pay the service charge amount.
