Hello Sir,
I want to say that I have been frustrated with the HP product.
My laptop has low quality touch pad. I was using laptop normally and after some time touch pad not working properly and service center saying it’s broken due to unintentional damage. they are denying to resolve the issue under warranty.
Please intervene in this matter.

As per HP limited Warranty statement, the standard warranty does not extend to any HP Hardware Product that has been damaged or rendered defective as a result of accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, or other external causes.
However we can support the replacement of spare part on a chargeable basis at the best price. We look forward to your acknowledgement to share the quotation at earliest.
