Hi,
My desktop hp prodesk 400 g1 desktop mini pc, dose not start and had raised couple of tickets to resolve it, got call from bangalore saying service man will be sent for onsite inspection on oct 10th, haven't heard anything after that. Again on oct 15th had chat with customer spoc, and he assured this time service will be provide asap and raised new ticket and have not heard anything yet or nobody showed up to check the pc.
Here are the ticket lists, some are closed already without any reason.
