A customer holding a premium unit is suffering like anything and you people are just giving the false and inappropriate reasons and defending yourself I did a biggest mistake I invested in HP where my experience is worst to worst,

On 17.12.2020 the technician visited to my place onsite and has not fixed the unit properly and later to that after 2 days the bottom case
screws are coming out and i have fixed the bottom case screws but for inside screws i require a technician to fix it out and because of that i can see a gap is forming at the right hand side of the hinges
so immediately i want a technician visit to my site this issue i reported to c3 on 21 .12.2020 but till now no body is sending the technician because the technician has to come in their cost worst services by

AND MY CASE WAS DECODED
means a wrong input was provided to hp and crt
which is an offence generally these outsiders are spoiling the name
of hp and they are doing drastically no doubt,
Hopeless crt is intentionally not doing anything the supervisor kaushik gupta is talking with double standard and taking a type of revenge from me which is very painful and unprofessional shame on them I did my biggest mistake in my life that i invested 100000
inr in hp and being very good in IT i m suffering like anything .
I pledge that if my complaint was not opened and technician is not
alligned to me immediately i will not purchase any product of hp in my life if i will not get justice by this platform through customer support of hp .
