[Resolved]  HP India — No support for Pen Drive damage in warranty

My HP 16GB pen drive is not working right now. It is still in the warranty period. I purchased it last year 28-feb-2013 and it has two year warranty. All the toll free no for HP care are ignoring the complaint. There are 2 service centres of HP in Kanpur but both are refusing to check the problem. What is the point of giving two year warranty if there is no service.
