1. With profound pain and dismay, i'm writing this mail to you regarding poor service, irresponsible attitude of hp service and sales team.
2. I purchased a pavilion series laptop 15au620tx in the month of april 2017 from online portal of official hp website. Soon after the purchase, the laptop started showing display flickering/blinking problem. I raised the complain with service team. I was told to do some trouble shooting. But the problem remained as it is. Again n again, i had to raise service requests within a span of 6 months. However, the problem could not be solved and the laptop had same issue.
3. On 29 jan 18, doa letter was issued by hp and i was told to contact the seller. I immediately forwarded the doa letter alonwith invoice to savex technologies for further action at their end. However, savex technologies informed me that they cannot provide me new piece/unit as hp has stopped the production of this model. I requested them to provide me alternate model with same configuration, to which they told that the case will be taken up with hp.
4. Since last 20 days, i have received numerous calls from hp and everytime, i had to explain my case de novo. Despite the false assurances from hp support team, i've not received the redressal of my problem. To my utter surprise and with total lack of responsibility, i was informed that my case has been closed by hp team, that too without providing me any relief. I never expected such a careless and oblivious response from team hp.
5. Sir, as a customer of hp, i am facing acute problem with the lackadaisical attittude of your hp support team as they are only playing with the words and shifting the responsibility from shoulders of service team to sales team and vice versa. As a genuine customer, i am suffering alot as i am not able to use laptop which is hampering my professional competency as well.
6. May i request your goodself to please intervene in the matter and provide me a suitable relief. I request you not to compel me to take the the legal recourse as i am lawyer by profession. That's why, before taking such step, with profound hopes i'm writing this mail to you. Otherwise, i'll be constrained to take this matter to public through social media and also to approach the court of law for getting adequate relief with additional costs pertaining to the mental agony and sufferings faced by me due to the defected product of hp, which may not behove to the market reputation of hp.
7. I am very optimistic that this complaint through my mail will be taken seriously and i will be provided an alternate unit of pavilion series laptop as soon as possible.
