[Resolved]  HP India — not take action on complaint

Respected sir/madam,

This is rohit soni vavare, from dahanu, palghar, maharashtra.
I have hp inktank printer 419.
Some days befor printer gives scanner problem, so i complaint hp india costumer care.
They note my complaint and told me that is your problem solve in 24 hours or 48 hours.
I complaint to hp india customer care on sunday 6 october 2019...
But after complaint 6 days goes..
But still they can't get action on my complaint.

They give me complaint number as follow

When i call service center they told me technician comes 10/10/2019.
But technician not come.
When i again call manager of service cernter mr. Sachin gaikwad
They told me technician comes 11/10/2019, but technician not visit.

When i again call hp india customer care they gives me class4 manager number
Mr. Gajraj soni, when i call her they can't receive phone call..
I two times mr. Gajraj soni but they can't receive phone call.

When i again call manager of hp service center mr. Sachin gaikwad they also not received my phone calls..

They gives statement as problem are solve in 48 hours but in my case
120 hours are completed but still they can't get any action on my complaint.
