[Resolved] HP India — paper jam in printer

Dear sir\mam I bought hp deskjet 1112 printer on 2 june 2017. It works correctly only for 2 or 3 times but after that every time it shows paper jam even when there is no paper inside the printer. Many a times i tried to solve this problem and tried all troubleshooting services that you have provided on your website but nothing works. I request you to resolve my problem or repair it. I have submitted this complaint on 11 oct 2017 and till now no one has come for service even after sending a mail to your email id . This shows so irresponsibility of your company .You even are not considered about your customer^s problem.
So please urgently take some action on my complaint as early as possible otherwise I also will have to take some action against you.
