HP India — pathetic after sales service | |||
Dear concerned, I have an hp pavilion laptop that i bought from your esteemed company, of which the top screen got broke out of some incidence. I had first registered complaint with hp support post which they registered my case and appointed sysnet technologies, as your local vendor for inspection of the part. This complaint was registered in december second week around 10th december, 2017. I want to bullet down the trail of events that i have gone through in the last 1 month to get the same fixed, but to no avail: 1- i register complaint on hp support & they send a local technicial to inspect 2- the technician from sysnet tech clearly saw the very explicitly visible broken screen but still reported incorrectly - keyboard broken to hp team 3- they issue me an invoice for the repair in the wrong name 4- i talked to hp support team to make invoice in correct name, they ask me to file a new case 5- i filed a new case with new name after making a 1 hour call to hp support team trying to explain my problem 6- they issued new invoice in new name 4- i made payment after 2 weeks as i was travelling on those dates & confirm to sysnet regarding payment 5- sysnet issued me invoice 6- i got sms that broken part is ordered and will come in a week or so 7- after a week, to my extreme annoyance they say they had ordered keyboard thinking keyboard is damaged despite the entire to and fro already happened with your team 8- now after getting extremely frustrated, we visit local sysnet store & fired them 9- they raise a new invoice to me doubling the amount than the previous one I feel like i have committed a sin to buy laptop of hp. Despite your local super incompetent vendor sysnet inspecting my laptop in person and receiving 100% advance payemnt, my issue still remains unresolved after 1 long month. This is despite the fact i am fully insured. For a corporate employee, laptop is the most important device to work on and if this pathetic service you are giving to your clients, i fail to understand how will you sustain and retain clients in future. I seek your urgent and. Prompt action to get my laptop broken screen fixed immediately. Kindly go through some of the trial emails since past 1 month to understand the agony i am facing Further. Please note again clearly i want invoice in name of mahendra badjatya & co with its gst no (Already intimated to your team in earlier emails) Awaiting for earliest action.
