HP India — poor quality product

problem ... Went dead while using and after than
didnot came to life after 21/09/18
after that date contacted no of times on mails, customer care, service center and dispite false promises no one has turned up.
I want the company to refund my money as i have no confidence in them and this is my second laptop giving the problem in 3 months .Very substandard product.
I again request that i should be refunded or i will be forced to take the legal route to get my dues.
