HP India — poor service of your service executive

Due to hardware problem occurred to my laptop sl no, cnd7302z0z (Redemption code[protected] i have complained it through m/s digimall adimaly, my agent. With case number [protected] on[protected].
Even after 45 days i have not get the mother board replaced by your sevice agent. My lap had an additional feature of graphics card. During the period the service persons have brought mother boards of different specifications two times. This is a clear example of your poor service and breach of contract. As the lap is really a need of my job, your companys irresponsibility causes a lot of inconveniences to me.

You have looted a sum of Rs.499 from me for the guarantee coverage and harassing me by not rendering service. So I have decided to initiate legal action against you and to purchase a new one from a company which would give better service than you.
