HP India — printer ink not delivered in-spite of repeated complaints rendering printer unusable... order no.[protected]

I had bought black ink for my printer gt 5820 on 26th september 2017. I received dipatched sms for order number[protected]. It was not delivered inspite of me completing my payment. Please look in the matter as my printer has become unusable. If not atleast show the courtesy to return my money.
Did not expect such pathetic customer service from prestigious company like hp.
