Dear sir / madam,
We have purchased hp printer laser jet 1020 plus on 25/02/2018 at micro chip solutions, ameerpet, hyderabd. Printer serial no. Cnch971726. This printer was problem. We have purchased the printer before 6 months only. When we approach the concern person they told if it is the major problem in printing section. Please send the your engineer and solved the problem.
