Issue Reported : battery Serial Number : CND1088LBR Respected Sir, I have purchased HP Laptop Model No:- HP15 Du 3047 TX on dated 23 March 2021. I am facing a battery issue on my laptop from the very first day the battery drains in about 60 to 90 mins. I repeatedly called the customer care number 3-4 times but everyone followed the same process mentioning that it is a protocol we have to follow but they didn't give the solution for the issue.
