HP India — Rejection of extended warranty claim.

I had purchased a hp notebook on 16th december 2014 and i was eligible to take extendend warranty under a offer which was qouted to me at the time of purchase i.e. The Great Winter Offer. But when i registered for that offer they rejected my claim saying that i have an invalid serial number however my serial number is correct and i have proof of the same which i have also provided them on the mail. But still they are not entertaining me with my claim. Please submit my this complaint against HP India and take the action against HP India.
