One of our pc i7, 8gb ram has gone faulty on 11.09.2017 and subsequently complaint was register with hp tool free no. 30306363 vide conplain no. [protected] dated 12.09.2017 at 1245 hrs..
2. On 14.09.2017 hp service engineer visited and checked the syatem and reported that that the 8gb ram installed is faulty and need replacement and he ordered the same.
3. On 20.09.2017 service engineer visited alongwith the ram but he again said that ram was ok, but the motherboard is faulty.
4. Again on 22.09.2017, service engineer visited and replaced the motherboard and he could not get the pc on. He said the processor is faulty which is to be replaced.in due course, 15 days has passed and no result have been yeild.. What type of service it is?
