[Resolved] HP India — Replacement of faulty Desktop | |||
I had purchased a HP make desktop from Vijay Sales, Kharghar, Maharashtra on 08.09.2020. The desktop was not working and the complaint raised with HP on 12.09.2020 Via Ref.No.[protected]. Mr. Vishal Gaikwad (Mob.No. [protected]) for HP had confirmed on 28.09.2020 that he has initiative process for replacement of Desktop with a new one. Mr. Akki Durgum ( Mob.No. [protected]) was co ordinating from Vijay sales. He has informed me that the replacement Desktop has arrived in showroom but they are waiting for HP person to seal the faulty one. Was this information helpful? | |||
