[Resolved] HP India — service order no. [protected] regarding keyboard & fingerprint sensor | |||||
Dear sir, I have purchasrd hp pr 450g3 laptopn in the year 2016. There is issue with keyboard & fingerprint sensor. Both are not working. I have given complain & complain no. [protected] has been assigned since last one month. No key board spare is available with hp. It gives me lot of pain thinking that such a reputed company like hp has no keyboard spare since a long time. Pl look into the matter.
