HP India — slow processing of laptop | |||||
Sir i purchased hp laptop on 19-oct-2017 "hp15-ay543tu" on the name of vansh from amritsar. I purchased the laptop from local hp dealer. After 10 days of purchase i face problem of slow processing and then i register the complaint on 29-oct-2017 and co. Resolve the issue but after 10 -12 days i face same problem and then again i register the complaint and also visit the local service centre and the restore my laptop and said your problem is solved. But now again same problem occurs. And again i register the complaint on 8-jan 2018. I am a student and again and again i face the same problem which creates problem in my studies and i have not much sufficient time for contact the co. Again and again. So it is my humble request to take action on the company for resolve the problem for permanently. Name - vansh City - amritsar State - punjab Laptop s. I am from purchase management group of the corporate company, interested to buy large printer. So I tried to get in touch with for having e-mail id or contact details for gathering the details or quotation.
Its pathetic that customer support is not providing the contact or e-mail id details in this digital arena.
