HP India — Sold me a already used laptop

I bought my laptop from r.After buying this laptop [hp ay089tu]..when i came at home i saw some scrathes on the front side ...i ingored it.because when i buying this the representative told me that while making ready ur it would get rush thats why..but when on the day in the sunlight i saw it has a too much scrathes and rough surface ..anyone who saw this tell me that this laptop is already used ..not only that it has scraches on its edges.. i atteched some photos also, i paid for a brand new laptop so i want a brand new laptop..not a used one . thankyou
