HP India — Unblock my customer ID

Address:Shop no.1, venkatesh plaza, Balaji nagar, Bhayandar Maharashtra

I'm Mr Parag Kashiram Patil, my consumer no.- 642921 and my LPG I'd-2 [protected], my gas agency- jivdani HP gas agency, Bhayandar has blocked my I'd because I have not done their maintenance checkup bz I am out of town for 2 months as now I am unable to book cylinder so kindly unblock my I'd as now I am ready to do their maintenance checkup.
