HP India — very poor customer after sales service | |||
I recently bought newly introduced hp deskjet all-in-one printer. Unfortunately, while printing, the cartridge slots clip of the color slot got broke and came out. Due to this am unable to print as the cartridge cannot be fixed and locked. Since its under warranty, i lodged a service case but due to my surprise, the service partner refused to replace it mentioning its a physical damage and not covered under warranty. Though i have agreed to pay inspite of the printer under warranty but no one has reverted or responding to emails till date. As i mentioned the clip got damaged during normal use and not due to accident, misuse, liquid spills, abuse, contamination, or other external causes. If such small spare parts damages are not covered under the warranty then everything in the printer is spare part. I was about to take the extended warranty for the printer, but as all components are made of plastic or rubber for Eg. Wheels, cartridge slot, rods, printer tray etc etc. And if these are not covered under warranty then customers would not benefit with the warranty at all. As almost 90% of the printer parts are plastic/rubber and can be damaged / break during usual wear and tear, if these are considered as physical damage and not serviced/replaced, then its not a good customer service. If printer parts are not covered under warranty then its a big issue for customers. Big parts and big damage is understandable, but small parts Should be covered and serviced. Request you to please look at this case and help resolve as i am unable to use the printer for small thing. HP India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Mar 17, 2018 B.Nandan's response I have bought HP printer deskjet 5810 on 1.8.2017. Now the printer is giving problems and missing print while printing. I have checked the ink which is ok.I have also cleaned the head but still the problem persists. the printer status report shows that only 605 prints have been printed.My service ID is 15241 serial No. is CN6BP4G33706B8. Please provide immediate service. | |||

My spacebar isnt working . I also need cleaning for my lap .

My printer is missing print while printing. I have checked the ink and clean the head but still the problem persists. All the initial steps required has been taken by the retailer as well and advised me to file complaint. please provide immediate service.
