[Resolved] HP India — warranty denied on hp pavilion laptop battery | |||
The new battery replacement that i bought from hp world (Akshaya complex, no 4 near udupi garden hotel, 16th main rd, stage 2, btm layout, bengaluru, karnataka 560076) for my hp pavillion notebook went dead while still under warranty. I took the laptop to hp world to get it replaced. They have now taken 20 days to tell me that the battery was overcharged. I wonder how though!! Also he tells me that the battery is now out of warranty, after i left it with him for 20 days.
