HP India — worst service experience from iqor global services india pvt ltd

I write this mail for bad experience from iQor Global Services India Pvt ltd, P-39, Princep Street, Ground floor, Kolkata, West Bengal-700072, regarding case no[protected] dt 08/09/2018. I purchased my laptop ( HP PAVILION X 360- 15G-BR019X, 2XPO1PA) Serial no- CND73885RK from Khosla Electronics pvt ltd, 110, Raja S.C Mullick Road kolkata-700047 dt 25/03/2018, If HP provide one year warranty the expire dt should be 24/2/2019.But in HP support system show warranty dt november 2018, How is it possible? Now I come to the point that I lodge a case no 00256556 dt 08/09/2018 at Kolkata iQor Global Services India Pvt ltd, for
a problem in my laptop that issue reported by service centre like- left side bezel near left hinge not fitted properly, noise coming from right side hinge while opening the lcd flap. The service man assured me with in 10 days
to solve my problem and gave me a mobile no- [protected]. but nobody contact with me between this days, then I tried to contact through mobile no-[protected] nobody received the phone but I got massage the person
is either busy in meeting or eating. Then I went to service centre and ask the reason of delay. Service man told me that they cant provide warranty
& insist me for paid service, they sent quotation in my mail on 24/09/2018.
Again I lodged a case no [protected] through hp customer care . they assured me service engineer contact me within 48 hours, but there is no reponse still now . Today (26/09/2018) I got a mail that says " With reference to above WO[protected], we would like to inform that your part has been ordered, we have received the part ETA 26/9/2018 here. Whenever we receive the same we will align the engineer."
So, it is common sense that the procedure is intentionally delayed, because whenever I'm saying that I'm ready for payment, I'm getting mail asking me contact with the office as the replacement parts are ready, but whenever I'm talking about the warranty service, I'm getting mail saying that the replacement parts have been ordered and engineer will be aligned after they'll get the parts.
So what is actually going on here?? Here 2 people are giving me 2 different informations which are completely opposite in meaning. So, can you please tell me exactly what kind of staffs am I dealing with?? Please look into this matter and resolve the problem.
