Respected Sir/Madam
I am Santhosh Kiran writing this mail to you with disheartened service on my HP laptop. I had complained about my system which was not functioning properly. My laptop keypad was not working and I had run the system diagnose according to your consultant on 25th November and received case Id [protected]. I was told that the engineer will reach me on 29th November. Since there was no sign from your side, I called the customer care number and I was given the service centre number which I did call in which one number came as switched off and another number as the wrong number. Then again I called back to the customer care and I was promised that the engineer will reach out to me by evening but there was no sign. But in the evening I did receive a mail saying that they tried to call me but I was not reachable, which is an utter lie…because I was at the place from morning till evening one place waiting for the service. You just cannot bluff me. In the evening again I called customer care which went on for 25 minutes to find out why they did not turn up and finally I was told that the key pad was out of stock.
Is it a way to deal with the customer? I took an off from the office only so that my system is repaired, I took an off since I had received an assurance and message that the engineer will reach on 29th. Worst is in the evening you people are telling me all your problems and they will do it only on 1st December and I have to wait till then? I humbly request you to compensate me by reaching out to me by tomorrow. Hope you understand me. Please do find the copy of the mail which was sent to me saying you people reached out which is a lie.
