Hp — Laptop problems just after a year | |
I have purchased laptop in October 2019 HP pavilion 15csxxx. (₹60000) as soon as warranty expired it started showing problems like screen flickering, some keys not working and sometimes shows blue screen. I wanted to extend the warranty but due to lockdown I was unable to to extend the warranty and also called the number given on laptops to extend but they were giving 3rd party company. Asking 8000rs and when i went to hp service center they asked ₹20000 for repairing. As a student I am facing problem with studies and not financially good. To afford repairing cost. I am begging hp to help. Tell the solution. I possible extend my warranty. Please it will be helpful for me. Please.
