Before the replacement of keyboard ref case id : [protected] my speaker was working perfectly. But after the replacement of keyboard my speaker is not working ref-case id [protected]. This is due to mishandling by your engineer. The engineer put brush on my speaker while replacing the keyboard he was not able to open the laptop properly he was un-experienced he accidentally thrown my laptop internal speaker on ground. As its not my side of fault. So, i request you to replace the speaker in warranty.
I also had lodge a complain against hp as after repeated call and mails hp did not give a positive response in this regard.
