Hello,
I bought a hp laptop hp- ab029tx on 13-july.
after online submitting the documents for redemption.
i recieved all the serial no. for different gift vouchers through email.
but i havent recieved mouse and headphone till date however the due date for the products was 19th-august 2015.
kindly inform me as soon as possible.
