Hp — Unethical behaviour from support team

This is Chethan,
I have been contacting HP support team from past 4 months still now I didn’t got any of the resolution.
My problem is very simple my laptop model 15g-dr0006tx. It’s is getting too much slow booting time and when I check in task manager the disk performance it’s showing 100% in red colour.
The first I have contacted the HP support team in toll free number I have registered the with the Case ID [protected]. After 1 and half month I have got a service enng and replaced the hard disk. Then also the problem not got resolved again and again I was contacting the HP support team . What they did is they closed the old case ID without asking me .
And they created a new case case ID and given to me . How could this happen without informing me .
Ok fine I will accept that also . They have created a new Case Id [protected]. And I have performed all the troubleshooting which is guided by the executives and then again they have raised a request for hard disk changes and the ### service center people took 35 days to just replace one hard disk now also k didn’t got resolved with the issue and as for today 10 days completed from the hard disk replaced day still now not any single person has been contacted me and is this the ethics for the HP company to treat the CUSTOMERs worstest ethics having in HP I feel.

I am begging you please do resolve my issue or else just inform me it won’t resolve so that I will throw it in a dust bin.
As for now it has been 4 months completed still now I didn’t got one small resolution also.

Looks like I am also facing this issue, they got my hard disk replaced but it also failed due to different reason. Their technique is to drag issue till the laptop goes out of warranty and couple of months after that, they will claim it is out of warranty.

HP I3 Pavilion is crap that comes with Hard Disk is crap (which I realized only after I purchased) and in general the service is very poor. I have been working with their service head and do not know how to escalate the issue within HP.

Pathetic thing is - I bought this as a gift to my nephew and I feel it is worst gift that I ever had to buy in my life.
