Hello. My consumer number is [protected] at phagli shimla 171004. I am paying my bills online, but due to delay in update even after your website is generating old bill on 1.11.2017 i. E. Bill no.[protected] for the month of september 2017 amounting to rs 339/-only. How can i pay current bill, instead it has been added to current bill along with late fee, which is not my fault. There is no electricity in village Tanseta, PO-Jobri, Teh-Arki, Distt.- Solan from last one day. I tried to connect with stae electricity boeard via call, but their tollfree number is not taking any calls. Neither anyone is receiving any calls at local electricity board. This is rediculous. Atleast answer the call and register our complaint.
